Before you buy

Can I ship this?

Tell us what you want to buy, in English or Arabic. We'll tell you whether it ships through CRGOO, on what condition, and for what extra fee.

This is what we know today. Our team checks every parcel when it arrives and makes the final call.

Before you ask

Four possible answers

Every question ends in one of them. The answer is what we know today, and our team checks every parcel when it arrives.

Ships: As ordinary goods, with no extra fee.
Ships with a fee: Once declared to the carrier; the fee shows before you pay.
Not for now: It may open later. If it arrives, you choose what happens to it.
Never: On the prohibited list, to any destination.

Ask us before you buy, and we'll answer for your order and where it's going.
