In short
What we put in your browser
Two kinds only, both to protect you. That's why we don't ask you to "accept cookies" on every visit.
| Cookie | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|
| The secure sign-in cookieNecessary | Keeps you signed in. Its content is encrypted, and no script on the page can read it. | Until you close the browser, or two weeks if you chose "Keep me signed in". |
| Our secure payment partner's cookiesPayment security | Set by Stripe, the company that processes our card payments, to spot stolen cards and stop fraud. | As our payment partner's policy sets. |
What we keep for your convenience
Small notes in your browser, not sent to us with every request.
| Cookie | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Your languagePreference | So pages open in your language next time. | Until you clear the site's data. |
| The warehouse you chosePreference | So you see the same warehouse's prices when you return to Pricing. | Until you clear the site's data. |
| What you typed and didn't sendDraft | So it isn't lost if the page closes before you send. | Until you clear the site's data. |
| A random visit numberStatistics | To count page visits without knowing who you are. It carries no name or email. | Until you clear the site's data. |
If your browser asks us not to track you
If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we don't count your visit at all.
How to control them
You can clear these from your browser's settings at any time. If you clear the sign-in cookie, you'll need to sign in again.
If anything changes
If we ever add anything beyond this list, we write it here first, and ask you before setting it unless it is necessary. See also our privacy policy.
