CRGOO gifts

Distance doesn't stop the joy.

Some people need more than a message. Send them something they can hold.

Who are you thinking of?

To my mother

To the first person who taught me joy: this is from you before it is from me.

Layla

You choose it over there, and we carry it to the one waiting here.

Between the stores you like and the one you love, there is a distance.
We shorten it.

You don't need to be there. It's enough to remember.

Not a parcel. A gift.

A parcel reaches you as you bought it. A gift we prepare for someone else, as if you had prepared it by hand.

  • A parcel for youArrives with the stores' receipts.
    A gift

    No price, no receipt

We take out the stores' receipts, and nothing we print or put in the box shows a price.

    A gift

    Wrapped with care

    A gift

They know it is from you

  • A parcel for youTo your address.
    A gift

    To their own door

To their address, and we check their name before the box leaves.

  • A parcel for youCustoms are yours, if your country charges any.
    A gift

    No surprises

If their country charges customs, they pay them on arrival. We remind you before you pay, so you can tell them.

What they live, moment by moment

  1. When the box leaves

A word from you reaches them

A short email saying that something from you is on its way.

A gift is on its way to you from Layla

Layla has sent you a gift through CRGOO. You can follow it with the tracking number.

  2. In the days after

    They wait

They follow the box to their door. Waiting is half the joy.

  3. When they open it

    They read you first

Your card on top, then the items, wrapped, with no receipt and no price among them.

How a gift is sent

Who is it for?

As it is printed

To my mother

To the first person who taught me joy: this is from you before it is from me.

Layla

No price and no receipt in this box.

Questions about gifts

What does it cost?

The card, the email to them and making it a gift are free. Only gift wrap is paid, and only if we wrapped it. Shipping is priced as for any box.

Can I change it later?

Until we start packing the box: the card and the wrap. Until it is paid for: the address. Until it leaves: whom we tell, and whom it is for.

Can I send something I have not bought yet?

Yes: ask us to buy it through Buy For Me, as a gift for someone you love. When its goods reach us, we make its gift box.

Will they see what it cost?

No. We take out the stores' receipts, and nothing we print or put in the box shows a price. Customs still needs the true value, so it travels on the carrier's papers, outside the box.

What languages can the card be in?

Any. We print it as you write it, in the direction of its language, up to 250 characters.

What does the email to them say?

That a gift from you is on its way, with your first name, the carrier and the tracking number. Never what is inside, what it cost or the words on your card. It is written in Arabic and in English, your language first.

Who pays customs?

Duties and taxes are not in what you pay us. If their country charges any, the carrier collects them from them when the box arrives. If they will not pay, the carrier can charge it to the sender, and we would tell you before anything is charged.

Why do you ask whether I am a man or a woman?

Only for the Arabic half of the email to them, which says “sent” differently for a man and a woman. It is optional, kept on your account for next time, and you can change it on the gift. Without it, we word the email so it needs neither.
