Shopping a particular store?
You buy it
Write your address line by line
Copy each line exactly as your account shows it. The line that matters most is your member number: it's how we know the parcel is yours.

Your number on the suite line
Your member number goes on the second street line, the one stores call apartment, suite or unit. It is what tells us the parcel is yours.
If the store gives only one street line, write your number at the end of it, after the street.
The phone field
Copy the phone number shown with your address into the store's phone field: many stores refuse an address without one. The number the carrier calls at home is the one on your account.
Sales tax is the store's
A US or Canadian store adds its sales tax at checkout, by the rules of the place it ships to. The store charges it and keeps it: it is not ours, and we cannot refund it.
Customs duties and taxes at home are another charge, set by your country and paid when your box arrives.
Returns
A store's return window is set by the store, and it may count from the day the parcel reaches us, not your door. If you may send something back, decide before we ship it to you.
While a parcel is on our shelf, you can ask us, from its page in your account, to return it to the store. That is one of our services, priced on the pricing page.

Send the link, and we do the rest
We buy from the store in our name and with our card, so your order reaches our warehouse like any parcel, and you combine it with your other parcels.
- You send the product's link from any store in the US or Canada, with its code if you have one.
- We check the price and stock, and send you a detailed quote.
- You pay the quote by card, or pay all your basket's ready orders in one payment.
- We buy it, and your order reaches your locker with us like any parcel.
We try your code at checkout
We try the code you send, and the store's public code if there is one. The quote is at the regular price, so what a code saves goes back to your wallet.
No rise without your say
If the store's price goes up when we buy, we ask you first, unless you agreed in advance to a rise up to a limit you set.
Time to decide
You can ask to return a Buy For Me order for a while after you have it, and your order shows your last day. Our buying error, and damage recorded when it reached us, have no time limit.
What the store gives back is yours
If the store refunds money for your order without a return, it is yours and goes to your wallet. If it gives store credit, we keep it for your next order from the same store.

If the store refuses your card
Some stores accept only cards issued in their own country. If yours is turned down, use Buy For Me: send us the link, we tell you the price and our commission before you pay, then we buy it with our card and it arrives at your address.
Questions about shopping
Can I buy from any store?
Yes, from any store that ships to an address in the US or Canada, in our list or not. Some stores refuse parcel-forwarding addresses: where we know it, the store's tips above say so, in the store's own words.
Can I order from two stores in one order?
Each store has its own order. You gather your orders in one basket, then pay the ready ones together in one payment.
What if the product sells out?
We refund its price to you, unless you allowed a substitute. If you did, we buy the substitute you agreed to.
Do you buy digital keys and licences?
Yes. The code is kept in your account, where you collect it, and a code can't be returned once it is bought. We never buy gift cards or prepaid credit.
