How a parcel reaches Saudi Arabia
Step 1: Open your free account
You get one member number, and two addresses with it: one in the United States, one in Canada.
Step 2: Shop at stores in Canada and the US
At the store's checkout, write your address with your number on it. If a store turns your card down, Buy For Me buys it for you.
Step 3: We receive it and photograph it
It arrives under your number. We photograph it, weigh it and measure it, and you see it in your account.
Step 4: We keep it, and combine your parcels
Your parcels wait for free while the rest arrive: 30, 90 or 180 days, by plan. Parcels at the same warehouse go in one box, repacked smaller where that helps.
Step 5: You choose the shipping, and pay
You choose the carrier and the speed, and see the shipping price before you pay.
Step 6: It reaches your door
You follow it, step by step, until it arrives.
Before you start
What people shipping to Saudi Arabia ask
- Will I pay customs duties?
- If your country charges them, yes. Duties and taxes are paid when the parcel arrives, to the carrier or your customs office, and your country sets them, not us. We fill in your customs declaration from your invoice.
- How much will shipping cost?
- Your account shows the carriers' prices side by side, for your box's real weight and size, before you pay. Our own fees are on the pricing page.
- Can you put my parcels in one box?
- Yes, parcels at the same warehouse, repacked smaller and lighter. Your cart shows both prices before you commit: each parcel alone, and combined. Combining is free on Plus and Pro. Parcels in Canada and in the US always ship separately, each from its own country.
- How long can my parcels stay?
- Free for 30, 90 or 180 days, depending on your plan. After that, storage is charged by the day, and 45 days later a parcel counts as abandoned and may be disposed of. We warn you a week before each date.
- Which stores can I shop at?
- American and Canadian stores that ship within their own country. Our Canada and USA pages list them by department, and a store that isn't listed works the same way. A few stores do not deliver to forwarding addresses.
- What can't I ship?
- Weapons and explosives, dangerous goods, controlled drugs, counterfeits, live animals and perishables, cash, and some export-controlled electronics. Your own country may restrict more.
